In 2017, I was sitting in a cubicle at Monsanto in New York City. Good salary. Good benefits. But every day felt like I was building someone else's dream.
I bought my first Airbnb in Las Vegas just to try it. It worked. I made more money and paid less in taxes than I ever expected. That one property became four, then ten, then fifteen. Today I manage $10M+ in STR real estate and generate over $1.3M a year.
But last year, I took a break. And my clients kept calling — not to buy, but to ask: "Do you know another agent who specializes in short-term rentals?"
I didn't. I searched Phoenix, Nashville, Austin. Couldn't find one. That's when I realized:
Thousands of courses train investors. The gurus hoard their playbook. And the agent — the person who's supposed to be the expert — knows the least about STRs.
That's backwards. So I built the solution.
